You and the Foundation agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

Oracle Health Foundation reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Oracle Health Foundation believes that conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Oracle Health Foundation, our donors, volunteers, grantees or the communities we serve.
